Pighi Hotel was the first hotel to open in the village of Kriopigi, built by Bill and Dimitra in 1981. Today, the hotel is run by their grandchildren Stamatis, Maria, and Dimitra, their daughter Ioanna, and her spouse Sakis. As of 2024, grandpa Bill, at 92 years old, takes care of the gardens and enjoys his time at the hotel bar.
